Fusion (Manchester)

Fusion is a safe and friendly youth space for Black and Asian LGBT young people aged 13 – 19.

We meet on the 3rd Sunday of each month from 2pm – 5pm at the LGBT Centre.

The group is somewhere to meet new people, get support, socialise and talk about the stuff that’s important to you! That could include discussing and exploring identity, sexuality, gender, race, culture, history and a whole load of other topics.

The group takes part in lots of different activities, like visiting museums and galleries, the theatre, arts and crafts, drama projects and more. There is also a Facebook group where people chat and share articles and videos about Black and Asian LGBT people that people may not otherwise have come across. The group is youth led and so the young people shape what we do in the group!

Chloe is the lead worker for the group.
