Proud Connections Mentors
Proud Connections Mentors programme pairs LGBTQ+ young people with trained LGBTQ+ adult mentors for regular online support sessions. The programme is open to LGBTQ+ young people aged 13* – 19 (up to 25 with additional needs) across the UK.
*please note that parental consent will be required for 13-15 year olds wishing to access this service.
Youth Groups
The Proud Trust runs a number of LGBTQ+ youth groups across Greater Manchester. You can find the details of these here. To access our groups, simply fill out this referral form.
Our youth workers are able to offer some 1-2-1 support, which can be within youth group sessions or outside, depending on capacity. Please contact us to find out more.
