We endeavour to fulfil our training events as described during the booking process. However, we do recognise that sometimes alterations or cancellations are inevitable. In order to keep the admin of this manageable, we set out the below parameters:
- Moving In-Person Training to Online (Covid Related)
We are very happy to take bookings for in-person training presently, recognising the value of face to face discussions and conversations. However, we will also be responsive to Covid related government guidelines and working from home recommendations. In the event of guidelines affecting your upcoming booking, we will contact you with as much notice as possible, with a view to either moving your in-person booking to online, or moving it to a future date. In the event of moving an in-person booking to online, the price differential is non-refundable.
- Training Cancelled by The Proud Trust
In the extremely rare event of The Proud Trust having to cancel a training event, we will endeavour to give you as much notice as we can. We will make every attempt to rearrange a new date with you, or will issue a complete refund.
- Training Cancelled by You
Training events or places on training events cancelled with eight weeks notice or more of the event will be offered a full refund. We are unable to facilitate cancellation refunds with less than eight weeks notice.
