We endeavour to fulfil our training events as described during the booking process. However, we do recognise that sometimes alterations or cancellations are inevitable. In order to keep the admin of this manageable, we set out the below parameters:

1. Moving In-Person Training to Online
   If you choose to move an in-person training online, we are happy to do this with 48 hours’ notice, however the price differential is non-refundable.
2. Training Cancelled by The Proud Trust
   In the extremely rare event of The Proud Trust having to cancel a training event, we will endeavour to give you as much notice as we can. We will make every attempt to rearrange a new date with you, or will issue a complete refund.
3. Training Cancelled by You
   Training events or places on training events cancelled with eight weeks notice or more of the event will be offered a full refund. We are unable to facilitate cancellation refunds with less than eight weeks notice.
