Corporate Training
Training Options For Your Team
We offer a range of options for corporate training, either online or in-person.
We recommend online training for groups of up to 20, and in-person up to 30. Larger group sizes can be negotiated but will impact on the interactivity of training.
Basic Training

A 90 minute introduction to LGBTQ+ identities. This will include discussions of the most up-to-date terminology, pronouns and why it’s important to get them right, and will give staff the confidence to begin to become proactive LGBTQ+ allies. There will also be an opportunity to ask any questions that participants may have for our experienced trainers in a safe and supportive environment.
Additional Training
It is recommended that anyone attending our ‘Pride in Our Workplace’ or ‘Trans Inclusion in Our Workplace’ sessions have already attended a ‘Pride in our People’ session.

A 90 minute introduction to LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace. This session will help you explore how well you are meeting the needs of LGBTQ+ people in your organisation, prompt you to think about what changes could be made to make your workplace more LGBTQ+ inclusive and more attractive to an LGBTQ+ workforce. It will also provide participants with an opportunity to ask any questions to our experienced trainers.

A 90 minute introduction to trans (including non-binary) inclusion in the workplace. This session will explore some of the more specific challenges that trans people might face and help you to think about changes your organisation might make to be more trans inclusive. It will also provide participants with an opportunity to ask any questions to our experienced trainers.
Full Day Training (In-Person only)

A deep dive exploration of LGBTQ+ identities and LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace. This will include discussions of the most up-to-date terminology, pronouns and why it’s important to get them right, and practical tips for supporting LGBTQ+ people. It will give staff the opportunity to start thinking about allyship and what an LGBTQ+ inclusive organisation should look like. There will also be an opportunity to ask any questions that participants may have for our experienced trainers in a safe and supportive environment.
Lunch & Learn

A short LGBTQ+ awareness session that will introduce participants to key language and terminology, explore what LGBTQ+ allyship might look like, and signpost to useful resources and services. (This is a very introductory session only and we would always recommend our full training sessions for greatest impact.)
