Coronavirus (COVID-19) Statement

The Proud Trust is now operating digitally, as we make significant changes to how we operate in this time of international concern.

All youth groups and 1-1s (face-to-face contact) are not running in their usual venues and are being delivered virtually instead.

Our LGBT Centre is closed, and our training is being postponed or moving virtual.

Youth workers will be sending out Google Hangout links for our group work and 1-1 support. Please contact us if you have any questions.

We are still here for you and all LGBT+ young people.

Please share this with young people or colleagues where relevant.

Schools and Training

schools

The Proud Trust delivers training opportunities for teachers and other youth professionals, and creates LGBT+ positive resources for schools, colleges, and other youth settings, to equip them in being fully LGBT+ inclusive in their practice, policy, and curriculum.

All of our education and training work is informed directly by the LGBT+ young people that access our youth provisions. This means that information shared through our training, workshops and resources, is live, fresh and current, representing what is happening for LGBT+ young people right now.

Click on the links below, or contact us to find out how we can work with you.

We are actively working with over 500 schools via training, resources and networks, enabling them to deliver excellence through LGBT+ positive education.

“I am a big fan of The Proud Trust, we need to be getting this out to schools more, they need it!”
