If you’re an adult supporting an LGBTQ+ young person who would benefit from what we offer please submit the form below. Once submitted our staff team will review the referral and be in touch to discuss the service(s) that we feel will provide the most appropriate support, this could be youth groups, mentors, or one-to-one support, or a combination of these.
